Excellent Stay with Attentive Staff
many choices kind staff safe street
The included breakfast offered many choices. The staff demonstrated kindness and readily answered all questions. The hotel location proved to be convenient, with a short walk to the train station and a reasonable distance to the Duomo. The street safe area, even during a late-night walk.
The air conditioning system did not perform well. The room remained warmer than desired . It would be beneficial to upgrade it.

The hotel personnel were fluent in English. They also spoke Spanish and French. This multilingual capability aided communication. The team provided helpful assistance with directions and recommendations around the area .

clean room quality material
the double room was super clean. it had high quality materials. the location was very easy to find from the train station. breakfast included plenty of options to choose from.
the elevator made a slight noise.

adequate stay with minor drawbacks
outdated room cramped breakfast area
the room felt a bit outdated. the heated towel rack couldn't be turned off (it kept blowing air). this made the room reach a sweltering 24 degrees celsius, so i had to open a window to cool it down. the breakfast area seemed cramped, and the selection was not great.

good food range convenient location quiet room
the breakfast buffet included a good range of food. the location is convenient near the subway station. My room was also quiet, even though it was on a main shopping street.
the furnishings are somewhat old fashioned.

my room had a nice balcony and large towels. the bed was very comfortable and of a good size. a bidet was included in the bathroom, compact, yet more than adequate.

the staff are polite and helpful. the receptionists were informative and friendly. they were willing to help with any information i needed. they prepared a cake for my wife's birthday, a nice gesture.

the hotel is in a very convenient location. the metro station is very close. the room was spacious and super clean. the breakfast had a good variety of items, including pastries and fruit.
i noticed a very slight musty odor in the hallway near the elevator.

it was just ok, nothing special
small breakfast room old furniture
the breakfast was just ok. there wasn't enough fruit i wanted more options. the breakfast room felt too small and crowded i had to wait to get a table. the furniture looked old and dated. the price was a little too much for the old hotel.

smoke smell noisy road
the staff was friendly and there was a decent selection for breakfast.
i finded a lingering smell of smoke in my room. it probably was left from previous guests. the road outside is very noisy and that bothered me a lot.
